SELFRIDGES LOVES INDIA

Selfridges' exploration of emerging designer fashion destinations returns this October with Selfridges Loves India – a celebration of India's unique contemporary fashion and a showcase of products and services sourced there.

Launching online and in store at Selfridges Oxford Street, London on 5 October, the celebration is timed to coincide with the opening of a major exhibition on India's cultural heritage at London's legendary Victoria and Albert Museum.
One of the highlights of Selfridges Loves India will be a worldwide exclusive collaboration with cult concept store Bombay Electric.
Known for discovering and celebrating some of the most inventive and creative talents in Indian fashion and design, Bombay Electric's residency at Selfridges will feature a vibrant and electric mix of ready-to-wear fashion and accessories, available to buy both online and in store at Selfridges London. Five British designers – Mary Katrantzou, Peter Pilotto, Roksanda Illincic, Mawi and Nicholas Kirkwood have also created limited-edition made-for-sari scarves, available to buy in both Selfridges London and Bombay Electric in Mumbai.
Other products and services available during Selfridges Loves India include a specially curated collection of luxury heritage crafted homewares from Good Earth, a special selection of rare Indian wines and spirits and delicious cakes by Sari – inspired by the intricate artistry of Henna.
