Anne Karine Thorbjørnsen launched
her eponymous fashion practice after graduating from Central Saint Martins MA
in 2012, where she was awarded the Armani Scholarship under the late Professor
Louise Wilson OBE. She has presented collections both on-/off-schedule LFW, PWF
and Oslo Runway as well as exhibited at Center For Style/Melbourne,
Diorama/Oslo and Amaze/Stockholm.
In August 2016 she won the Bik Bok Runway
Award through Oslo Runway. A continuous fascination with the fold and its
connotations in relation to the contemporary milieu is at the core of her
practice.
