2    #ShareTheLove for a cause
Join Carnaby's charity partner Trekstock in supporting young adults with cancer as they #ShareTheLove on 14 February. It’s super easy and quick to join in - simply grab a sharpie, draw a heart on the palm of your hand and share on social tagging #Trekstock with text TREK003 to 70070 to donate £3 to @Trekstock #ShareTheLove, and nominate 3 of your friends to do the same.

3    Island Poké me
Move over Tinder - Island Poké have launched their very own social dating game. Find someone who loves poké as much as you do by sharing a photo of you with your poke bowl using #PokeMe. Participants are invited to DM anyone in the feed they like the look of and any successful pairings will be treated to a 2-4-1 deal at Island Poké. Get poking!
