Panellists include Rhian Stephenson, CEO of contemporary spin studio Psycle; Emma Young, author of Sane: How I Shaped Up My Mind, Improved My Mental Strength and Found Calm and Tanya Joseph, the brains behind Sport England’s brilliant and inspiring campaign #ThisGirlCan. Tickets include a complimentary drink and sharing plate from the Hemsley + Hemsley cafe.
