Established
in 1973, YOKO London has evolved into one of the world's finest pearl and
diamond jewellery brands. The third-generation business, based in Hatton
Garden London, boasts one of the world's rarest and precious pearl collections,
with many pearls in unique natural colours and exceptional sizes.
The
design team challenge the conventions of traditional jewellery, producing
trend-setting collections, which sit alongside opulent and elegant collections
and extraordinary one-of-a-kind pieces.
Each pearl is handpicked for every design and each creation is
expertly crafted from Yoko London's workshops in London, celebrating and
captivating the allure of pearls.
Travelling the globe to source the
world's finest pearls, the dedicated team have been known to spend up to a year
to source a single pearl, which is perfect in size, colour and quality, in
order to complete a single design.
In 2013 four Yoko London sets, from the ‘Masterpiece' collection
were selected to go on display at London's Victoria and Albert Museum's
‘Pearls' exhibition, put on in collaboration with the Qatar Museums Authority
and in 2014 Yoko London was chosen as the Official Jewellery Partner of the
British Academy (BAFTA) Film Awards.
Many of the world's most famous women have adorned themselves in
Yoko London pearls for important events around the globe, including Michelle
Obama, Supermodel and philanthropist Natalie Vodianova and global megastars
like Beyonce, Katy Perry and Lady GaGa.
