New to Canary Wharf, Everything by my side is a UK theatrical debut presented by LIFT, a London-wide festival of international performance running 1 June – 2 July. In this enticing, dreamlike installation by celebrated contemporary Argentinian artist Fernando Rubio, you are invited to step into bed and listen to long-lost memories of a childhood tale, whispered to you from across the covers.
Seen and praised in cities around the world, this immersive experience promises to be a deeply personal encounter in the middle of a bustling hub. Each performance calls for the audience interaction to only be silence and the willingness to be open to the challenging ideas and forms being used.
