The wait is over. A brand new restaurant has landed in Carnaby, straight from L.A, INKO NITO, the new casual dining hotshop, combining laid-back dining with innovative flavours that you have to try.
The new concept from creator and co-founder of Zuma restaurants, ROKA, Oblix and Florida’s ETARU Rainer Becker is the place to go for bold sharing plates ideal for dynamic dining. Think dishes cooked over an open robata grill including Beef Cheek, spicy Korean miso and picked daikon with butter lettuce or Bone marrow, smoked soy, garlic toast and shallot.
And don’t forget the drinks – you can enjoy their signature cocktail menu served on tap alongside the sharing plates. Starting from just £8, you can enjoy the Inko Spritz with watermelon, Aperol, yuzu and sparkling wine or the Nori Old Fashioned.
And if you want to be part of the action, you can take a seat on the casual counter surrounding the open robata grill situated in the heart of the restaurant, to be up close and personal with the cooking experience.
