There are two things that will always make your workout better: taking yourself out of your comfort zone and doing something surprising; and doing something you love which makes your heart race with excitement!
That’s why NIKE has created the 'Unlimited You' event, a groundbreaking, high intensity training experience guaranteed to get your blood pumping and push you to be faster and stronger than you thought you could be.
Taking place at 89 Brick Lane in London's East End between 19-21 August 2016, 'Unlimited You' will offer you two intensive options: You can choose to either take an adrenaline-fueled Kobox class, the boxing workout billed as “fight club meets night club”, followed by a unique Nike Run Club session; or the alternative option is Barry’s Bootcamp treadmill class, an intensive full body workout to test every level of fitness, paired with a Nike Training Club session.
Both 2.5-hour, dual-gender sessions are set to a specially created soundtrack by Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard from Hot Chip, with immersive light installations by Artisan, creators of United Visual Artists. Whichever you choose, it is guaranteed that you will be pushed past your limits, and come out feeling on top of the world.
Unlimited You will run for three days from Friday 19 August - Sunday 21 August 2016, with multiple sessions over these three days. The first sessions will begin at 8:30 am, with each experience lasting 2.5 hours. The other sessions' start times will be as follows: 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:30 pm, and 7:00pm. 'Unlimited You' will be open to both men and women, and tickets for the event cost £25.
